We are a twenty minute walk to Lake Michigan and the Big Red Lighthouse at the Holland Harbor, and a ten minute drive to either downtown Holland or Saugatuck.

Located on South Shore Drive in Holland Michigan, Belmont Square Condos are within a few blocks of Macatawa Bay Yacht Club, Sanctuary Woods Park, Eldean Marina and public access to Lake Macatawa at Jenison Avenue.
Nestled among pine, maple and flowering crab apple trees, Belmont is a perfect place for those who appreciate nature. Our owners enjoy adding flowers and other plantings to their garden areas, and in the summer months neighbors often are found visiting with each other on the patios.
Our neighborhood
We are a small development, with four buildings and a total of sixteen units. With mature white pine, spruce and maple trees and a large landscaped common area, Belmont Square provides a peaceful setting in an area that has been an important neighborhood since the late 1800s when steamships from Chicago and the interurban from Grand Rapids brought resorters here.
